coACHING Package

The coaching package is for guiding your existing strategy, teams or leaders. By definition this is not an execution based position. The purpose of this package is in training and development of individuals and teams within core areas within DTC/eCommerce, Marketing & Data. Organisational guidance in developing teams and systems that are scalable. Projects for coaching can include:

• 1 to 1 Mentorship - For you, or a member of your team in core areas

• Training & Development Workshops - Day sessions on key principles and best practice for groups

• Agency Guidance - Coaching marketing / creative agencies to guide an approach at pitching at clients in Sport or DTC

• Education Sessions - Speaking at specialist events within eCommerce & marketing. Or broader events on basics.
